My walk with the lord began in 2010 and my journey to the cross was long and hard.  I was not able to receive Christ at an early age so I know the difference between a life devoted to Christ and one that is self-serving.  I was fortunate to have found such a loving church family to help me grow spiritually and to develop my personal relationship with God. I know that God has called me into this position and given me the heart to love the kids as they come, some more broken than others, but the capacity to love that Jesus pours into me I pour into them.  All that I am I have committed to Christ and through his love, mercy, and grace he will create in me the man he needs me to be. I know that the most important thing for me to do is to follow Christ were he leads me. Though I am not a perfect man I can introduce the youth to Jesus Christ the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. When the youth graduate high school the one thing that they can take with them is a real, personal, and intimate relationship with Christ. If there was only one thing that I could give them, then I would chose to give them a personal relationship with Christ. I am looking forward to strengthening our relationship with Christ together as one unit standing strong in faith.

John 14:6 (HCSB)
6 Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
